Research On Planning Strategies Of Urban Double Repair, Yijinhuoluo

Erdos city Yijinhuoluo banner after more than 20 years of rapid urbanization process,urban construction has made great achievements,but also accumulated a lot of problems.At present,affected by the national economic environment and restricted by the downward pressure of local economy,urban expansion has stopped and urban construction has entered a low-speed development stage.In this special period,the focus of urban construction changes from spatial expansion to solving accumulation problems,strengthening urban functions,improving urban quality and ecological environment conservation.To this end,the municipal government carried out urban "double repair" work.Based on the planning practice of "double repair" in Yiqi city,this paper studies the framework and strategy of "double repair" in the city according to the local situation.This paper expounds the background of the time when the "double repair" planning of domestic cities was put forward,the achievements of relevant theoretical research at home and abroad,and the progress of practical exploration.The relevant basic theories are systematically sorted out and the theoretical system of this paper is established,including the basic theories of sustainable development,organic renewal and healthy city on the renewal of old cities.It also includes the basic theory of urban catalyst and ecological city.From the perspective of practice,this paper analyzes the successful cases of urban "double repair" at home and abroad,and makes an in-depth analysis of its working principles,planning strategies,planning schemes,implementation measures and effects,including the renovation of bayona old city,the renovation of Cheonggyecheon in Seoul,South Korea,and the planning,design and construction of Sanya Fengxinglong ecological park.On the basis of theoretical research,the planning and construction status of Yijinhuoluo banner are discussed.From the perspective of ecological environment construction and urban space quality construction,the existing problems are systematically sorted out.At the overall level of the city,the principle and framework of urban "double repair" work are put forward.From the aspects of functional structure,traffic environment,building environment and public service facilities,this paper proposes planning strategies for the environmental restoration of old urban areas.From the aspects of ecological restoration of water system and green land,the planning strategy for ecological restoration of old city was put forward.In the medium and micro level,the planning and design and project implementation of key railway station areas,industrial street areas,commercial transformation,green water system renovation and peripheral land improvement and optimization projects are explored.Combined with the domestic development trend,theoretical research results,as well as the exploration of local engineering practice,the paper draws three conclusions: urban "double repair" represents the new demands of urban development in the new era,and is the main problem facing China’s future urbanization process;Urban "double repair" is a systematic project,which needs to build an open working platform and extensive social cooperation in multiple fields.Urban "double repair" is a dynamic and continuous process,which requires progressive operation mode and implementation strategy guarantee.
