Research On Waterfront Spatial Renewal Strategy Of Sanlin Riverside South Area In Shanghai From The Perspective Of Urban Double-repair

China’s urbanization development has changed from the early high-rate incremental expansion mode to the stock optimization mode.As an effective means to improve the quality of the existing urban space environment,urban renewal has attracted extensive attention from the academic and design circles.As one of the important characteristic spaces of a city,waterfront space contains abundant ecological and urban elements,and its vitality and quality often represent the trend of urban development to a certain extent."City double repair" as a new means of urban renewal,focuses on analyzing the trend of the development of the urban construction and the existing problems in our country,emphasize from the "ecological restoration" and "urban repair" two aspects,seeking to update the balance of the construction of the city,in the protection of ecological environment at the same time make up for the lack of urban functions,to improve the comprehensive benefit of the city.Therefore,the theory of "urban double repair" is highly compatible with the renewal elements of waterfront space.This paper discusses the renewal and optimization of urban waterfront space from the perspective of "urban double repair".The specific contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,from the urban development paradigm shift,the "city double repair" opinion is put forward,and updated on the ecological urban waterfront space and function problems.This paper expounds the research background,and analyzes the functions at home and abroad about ecological restoration,repair and related research status of city waterfront space design,made clear in this paper,the research contents,purpose,significance and method,The whole research framework is constructed,which lays a foundation for the follow-up research.Secondly,elaborates on related concepts and basic theory analysis,aims to resolve"double major city" theory and the basic concept of urban waterfront space,connotation,characteristics,development and existing problems and related content,for identifying and joining the two points,the construction of "double major city" theory of space of urban waterfront update policy guidance.On the one hand,it expounds the origin and development of the theory of "urban double education",and analyzes its connotation and related theoretical basis;On the other hand,the concept and characteristics of urban waterfront space are analyzed,and the current situation and problems of waterfront space are put forward.Based on the above analysis result,clear "city double repair and in ecological restoration and urban waterfront space repair the correspondency of two aspects,including the ecological landscape and river system on the level of ecological restoration,repair level space and city texture,function structure,transport system and infrastructure,to build dual cultivation under the perspective of city waterfront space update policy guidance,clarify the path and entry point of follow-up research.Thirdly,typical waterfront urban renewal cases at home and abroad are selected for in-depth analysis and reference,including Brooklyn waterfront renewal design,Shanghai Waterfront renewal design and Chongqing waterfront renewal design of two Rivers and four banks.Based on the seven entry points guided by the update strategy,the update design features of the case are classified and analyzed to extract the relevant update design concepts and methods.Brooklyn project focuses on upgrading river ecological service area,mixing residential and commercial functions,darning public transportation network and improving municipal infrastructure.The case of Shanghai Huangpu River focuses on the construction of ecological green space network,the shaping of mixed functional structure,the repair of spatial morphology and texture,and the supplement of public infrastructure.The renewal of Chongqing’s two rivers and four banks focuses on the construction of the urban landscape pattern,the guidance of the functional formats along the river and the strengthening of the traffic organization along the river.Finally,this paper conducts research and analysis on waterfront space characteristics and existing problems of Sanlin Riverside south area in Shanghai,and puts forward waterfront space renewal design strategy under the concept of urban double renovation.Research and analysis mainly through field survey of ecological and urban elements in the southern area of Sanlin Riverside to clarify the existing problems in this area.The ecological aspect includes discontinuous ecological network and low ecological benefit of river system.At the level of urban elements,it includes disordered spatial form,lack of area function,poor transportation connection and lack of infrastructure.Then,in view of the existing problems in the southern area of Sanlin Riverside,the urban dual repair theory is used to optimize one by one,and the corresponding urban waterfront space renewal design strategy is proposed.The ecological restoration strategy includes perfecting the ecological network structure and upgrading the river ecological service.Urban repair strategies include repairing spatial fabric,mixing functional structures,repairing transportation systems,and replenishing infrastructure.Through the systematic strategies and methods mentioned above,ecological restoration and urban repair of waterfront space are carried out from the perspective of urban double renovation,so as to optimize and improve the quality of urban waterfront space and provide useful reference for relevant practice projects.
