The temporary structure is an strategic forward-looking technology for the country to address future uncertainties,as an important part of the temporary structure,temporary house is not only an important part of the national science and technology reserve system,but also an important carrier for the sustainable development of society in peacetime.With the increasing global custom service technology,the rapid assembly of temporary house technology has been highly valued in many fields,however,there are big differences between the temporary and traditional structures in both the calculation model and the assembly sequence,the key technologies need to be broken,the safety,comfort,sustainability,reusability and reliability of existing temporary house are in urgent need of improvement.Supported of the National Technology Supported Plan(grant number: 2014BAK14B05),the following study was carried out on the reusability design method,mechanics and thermal performance of the steel-wood composite external wall panel of temporary house:Considering the advantages and disadvantages of the existing external wall panels and the temporary structural characteristics,the overall design,the detail of the door and window opening and the sealing joint of the wall panel are innovatively designed from the perspectives of reusability and light weight,and the rationality of the design is verified by experiments.With the height of web of light steel skeleton and heat preservation skeleton as the main parameter,the bending resistance test of full-scale external walls were carried out,the failure mode are determined,the specimens load-displacement curve and steel studs strains were measured,the bending resistance and bending stiffness of the wall was analyzed.Refer to the permanent structural design method to determine the serviceability limit state of the external wall,the external wall panels were tested for secondary loading,after initial loading to the specimens reach the serviceability limit state,and then the specimens are completely disassembled for secondary loading until the specimen is damaged,the specimens load-displacement curve were measured,the reusability of the new external wall was verified.The reusable external wall sealing joints designed based on the squeezed GINA water stop sealing process and automobile sealing technology were tested,and the reliability of the sealing process was verified by experiments.Using ANSYS Workbench finite element software to establish the bending performance analysis model of the external wall panel,beam elements are used to simulate the connection between the bolts.The finite element analysis results are compared with the test results to verify the rationality of the finite element model and lay a foundation for the engineering application of the wall panel.The thermal performance analysis model of the wall panel was established,and the influence of bolts on the heat transfer coefficient was compared and analyzed.Through parametric analysis,and combined with the relevant building energy conservation design specifications to determine the advantages of the thermal performance of the wall panel,to provide guidance for engineering applications.
