The tower crane in the construction of high-rise buildings is equipped with additional attachment in order to increase the construction height.The upper tower body of the tower crane with attachment is a typical hyperstatic compression and bending structure.The second-order effect is remarkable,and the stiffness of the flexible attachment has a great influence on the nonlinear deformation,the structural stability and the support force of the attachment of the tower body structure.Based on the second-order theory,this paper build a nonlinear model on the tower body structure of the tower crane with flexible attachment.The equation of structural deformation,the support force of the attachment and the overall stability of tower body with basic external load is derived through the precise differential equation method.The calculation formula for the internal force and equivalent stiffness of the flexible attachment structure is improved.In addition,based on the specification and the research results of this paper,a parametric analysis and calculation platform for a flexible attachment system of a tower crane is designed,so that users can quickly and accurately obtain the parameter values in the specification.The time of calculating for the engineers is shortened and the accuracy of calculation results is improve effectively.With regard to the support force of the tower crane attached structure,based on the second-order theory,the deformation differential equation considering the axial force effect is calculated,and the boundary conditions and the deformation coordination conditions are used to solve the problem of the support force of the attachment structure.The nonlinear displacement of the top of the tower body can also be obtained.Then the analytical expression of the overall buckling critical force of the tower structure can be obtained.In order to ensure the correction,the formula is be verified through a calculation example by using ANSYS Workbench.With regard to the flexible attachment structure of the tower crane,the torque balance method and the unit load method is used to derive the internal force and equivalent stiffness of the flexible attachment structure.Two special forms of attachment according to working conditions are proposed,and the calculation method of the internal forces and the equivalent stiffness of the rods are given in order to be applied for the analysis of the stability of the tower body.Based on the specification of the tower crane and the theoretical research results of this paper,a parametric analysis and calculation platform for the flexible attachment system of a tower crane is designed by the method of mixing the programming languages of C# and MATLAB.In this paper,the idea of platform design and the operation processing of platform interface are introduced.Through the platform,the engineers can quickly and accurately solve the stability problem of the tower crane with the flexible attachment,which provides convenience for the practical application of the engineering.
