The demand for large lifting equipment in the construction of prefabricated buildings has increased significantly,and tower cranes have become an essential vertical transportation equipment.The attachment supports of tower cranes are generally installed and fixed on shear walls,structural edge beams or prefabricated components.Since the attachment structures in prefabricated buildings generally have low bearing capacity and low rigidity,it is easy to cause damage to the main structure of the building,and then It causes the tower crane to tilt or even overturn,so how to ensure the stable operation of the tower crane and the structural safety of the main building during construction is extremely important.This paper studies the attachment system of prefabricated building tower cranes.The attachment system of the tower crane consists of the tower crane attachment frame,the attachment rod and the main structural component of the buildingfor installing the attachment device(referred to as the attachment component).In the part of adhesion calculation,the main research is on the symmetrical four-bar attachment type,and the rigid method of adhesion calculation method is proposed and improved with reference to relevant literature and construction plans.At the same time,the concept of virtual support is introduced,and the calculation methods of various calculation parameters are listed.Solve the problems of inconsistent traditional calculation methods and fuzzy parameter values,and carry out parametric analysis,considering the influence of attachment times,attachment distance and attachment rod angle on the adhesion,and then simulate the calculation results of the rigid method with the regulation method and MIDAS software The results are compared to verify the applicability,safety and simplicity of the rigid method.The main conclusions are as follows: 1.The wind load can be parallel to the jib,and when the jib rotates to near the diagonal of the tower body and is at the moment of rotation and hoisting,it is regarded as the most unfavorable working condition for the attachment of the tower crane;2.Increase the cantilever end The height will significantly increase the axial force of the attachment rod and the attachment force at the attachment support,which has a significant impact on the attachment safety of the prefabricated building;3.The multi-channel equidistant attachment type can be simplified into one attachment type for calculation,and the error is small to meet the requirements of construction safety control;4.The size of the adhesion is related to the height of the cantilever end,the attachment distance and the number of attachments.In actual engineering,it is advisable to appropriately reduce the height of the cantilever end,increase the attachment distance and reduce the number of attachments to reduce the size of the attachment force.In the part of attachment components,the selection and reinforcement methods of attachment components in prefabricated buildings are expounded and analyzed,and the edge components are selected according to the characteristics of this project.Subsequently,theoretical and software researches were carried out on the bearing capacity,deflection,crack width,etc.of the attached components,triangular supports and reinforcement models.After analysis and comparison,the following conclusions were drawn: 1.In actual engineering,when attached to edge components of prefabricated buildings,the load of the attachment members is close to the bearing capacity limit,the safety reserve is insufficient and the crack development exceeds the specification limit;2.The use of triangular supports to reinforce the attachment members significantly reduces the deformation of the attachment members and the stress of the reinforcement,and greatly reduces the The tensile and compressive damage of concrete improves the development of cracks;3.The stress of the triangular support frame does not exceed the yield strength of the steel,the deformation is small,and the safety reserve is sufficient.The reinforcement method is reasonable in design,convenient in construction and economical.Figure[44] Table[21] Reference[61]...
