The power grid is the carrier of the electricity market and an important infrastructure related to the national economy,people’s livelihood,national security and social stability.Because of aging and poor contact,power grid contacts are the most vulnerable components to failure.In order to ensure the safe operation of power grid,in-depth study and prediction of the aging degree of power grid contacts,and real-time monitoring have important theoretical significance and practical value.Grey model prediction and neural network prediction are commonly used in the modeling method of grid contact ageing.Based on the in-depth study of the grey model of grid contact,this paper proposes a modified grey model of grid contact variables,which improves the prediction accuracy and efficiency of grid contact ageing,and builds a real-time monitoring system of grid contact based on wireless sensor network.The system realizes the functions of low power consumption and paralysis prevention.This paper focuses on the aging prediction of power grid contacts and the construction of monitoring system.The main work is as follows:(1)The single-variable grey model has the problem of low long-term prediction accuracy with too few factors considered,while the multi-variable grey model has the disadvantage of inefficient operation and low short-term accuracy.This paper proposes a variable-modified grey prediction model,which combines the advantages of single-variable and multi-variable,extracts key factors from all factors variables to modify the single-behavior variable grey model,and then modifies the single-behavior variable grey model.The modified single variable grey model is used to modify the multivariable grey model,and the ratio of predicted value to test error is obtained.Then the variable modified grey model is obtained.The operation efficiency and prediction accuracy of the prediction model are improved.(2)When building the wireless networking module of the power grid contact monitoring system,a low-power and paralysis-proof working mode is proposed and implemented: considering that the aging of the contact is a gradual process,the sensor nodes of the system adopt intermittent working mode,the Zigbee module sends data every 20 seconds,and the rest of the time is in a dormant state;in order to prevent the system from being damaged by the sink nodes,it conducts the system.Due to paralysis,some sensor nodes in this paper can be automatically transformed into sink nodes under certain conditions.(3)The cloud data processing and intelligent terminal display platform of power grid contact monitoring system is built.Wireless sensor nodes collect security information of grid contacts,and send data to sink nodes wirelessly.The sink nodes upload information to ONENET Internet of Things platform after processing the information.The background of ONENET predicts and analyses data based on variable modified grey model,and displays the monitoring results of grid contacts on smart terminals such as mobile phones or computers.The system has the characteristics of wide coverage area and strong anti-interference ability.
