Under the trend of large-scale new energy grid-connected consumption, the peaking pressure of the power grid is further increased due to the random nature of intermittent and volatility of new energy output.Considering that power grid currently uses thermal power units as the main power source, its increased system peaking pressure is mainly borne by the thermal power unit, and the thermal power units have to participate in the deep peaking operation to alleviate the peaking pressure. However, although the thermal peaking operation of the thermal power unit has consumed more new energy,it has increased operating costs and affected the economic operation of the system. Therefore, this paper focuses on the correlation of the new energy consumption and the unit's deep peaking operation and the optimal scheduling strategy for the peaking operation of the unit. The specific work of the thesis is as follows:(1)Firstly,based on the uncertainty output model of photovoltaic and wind power, the characteristics of grid-connected consumption of new energy are summarized. And the peaking capacity model of the thermal power unit and the various index models of the deep peaking operation unit are introduced and analyzed respectively, and describe the deep peaking characteristics of the system under the new energy consumption.(2)Then,the depth peaking strategy of the current thermal power unit is studied, and proposes the depth peaking margin index of the power grid.Based on the analysis of power grid deep peak shaving ability, that proposes a time series calculation method of unit deep peak shaving generation, and the correlation model between unit deep peak shaving operation index and new energy consumption is established.Through the actual operation data of a regional power grid, the calculation shows that the new energy consumption is highly correlated with the index of the unit's deep peaking operation, and the degree of influence of the two is quantified based on regression analysis.(3)Finally,based on the non-parametric estimation theory, the uncertainty of the new photovoltaic energy source is processed in the interval. And with the minimum operating cost of the unit and the maximum peaking margin of the system as the optimization goal,an optimal scheduling strategy for multi-target peaking operation of power grid units considering the stochastic characteristics of new energy output is proposed.Based on multi-objective optimization algorithm,multi-scenario example simulation is carried out by MATLAB.The simulation results show that the scheduling strategy has obvious advantages for actual production applications. The dispatcher can reasonably select the optimal strategy according to the actual operation of the grid.
