With the marine strategy becoming an important development strategy of our country,the energy saving research of marine navigation has become a hot spot.There are three kinds of resistance in water: differential pressure resistance,wave-making resistance and friction resistance.Among them,friction resistance occupies a large proportion.As the basic component unit of underwater vehicle,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to design an experimental device for measuring resistance of a large experimental plate in practical conditions such as flume,sink or river,etc.According to the design requirements,on the basis of the flow resistance testing equipment and measuring method at home and abroad,the structure design and testing principle design of the experimental device for underwater plate resistance measurement are carried out.After machining and assembling,the experimental equipment is checked and calibrated.The main research work is as follows:(1)Design and build the experimental device for measuring the resistance of underwater plate.According to the design requirements of the experimental device,the testing principle and the overall scheme of the experimental device are put forward,and the specific structure size and design of the experimental device are determined.Carry out the three-dimensional modeling,the two-dimensional assembly drawing and the drawing of the parts of the experimental device.Complete the production and assembly of the designed experimental equipment.The experimental device is convenient to install and disassemble,and can be used to measure the resistance characteristics of underwater plate surface.(2)Test the performance of the experimental equipment.The accuracy of the test system and the sensor is checked,and the error of the test system is eliminated.The friction resistance in the horizontal state of the experimental device is measured to verify the rationality of the selection of the sliding carrier.The calibration of the inclined angle of the experimental device and the measurement of the minimum angle of the experimental plate to overcome the friction movement are carried out to verify the feasibility of the testing principle of the experimental device.(3)Design the experimental device,drag and verify the experiment in the pool.Through the measurement of the surface resistance characteristics of the smoothexperimental plate,the feasibility of the design of the experimental device and the rationality of the testing principle are verified.According to the data collected from the experiment,the experimental device is improved.The factors that affect the data fluctuation are analyzed.(4)Carry out the correlation numerical simulation of the external flow field of the experimental device.Based on the k-? model in FLUENT,the external flow field of the experimental device is numerically simulated,and the friction resistance value obtained by the simulation is compared with the theoretical calculation and the pool experiment.The velocity field of the experimental device is analyzed and the correlation velocity vector diagram is drawn.The velocity distribution on the surface of the experimental plate is observed and a supplementary verification for the pool experiment is given.
