In recent years,the domestic building energy-saving level has been pushed forward in the direction of high standards and strict requirements.The Ministry of Housing and Construction and the local building energy-saving management agencies have been constantly improved the energy-saving rate of building energy-saving standards in accordance with the concept of green development in the new era.And the goverment has put forward different phased index requirements for building energy-saving work in different regions,which have been carried out green demonstration and lead according to local conditions.Passive building,as a high-efficiency,energy-saving,comfortable and healthy low-energy consumption building demonstration model,has been applied in many projects in China.Meanwhile,relevant supporting technical specifications have been issued in some provinces.Particularly,the main application projects are concentrated in the northern cold areas.Compared with the cold areas,the development of passive building about engineering application,technology research and standard in hot summer and cold winter areas lags behind.The relatively mature passive ultra-low energy consumption building indicators in Germany and American countries are not fully applicable to hot summer and cold winter areas.Anhui Province is a typical province of the hot summer and cold winter area.Vigorously study passive buildings,especially those with Huizhou regional characteristics,has become one of the most important research and application fields of building energy-saving.First of all,from the perspective of green construction,the passive building with Huizhou regional characteristics in Huangshan health center is taken as a research project.According to GB/T50378-2014 "Green Building Evaluation Criteria" and other normative standards,the wind and light environment of passive building are simulated by Swell Vent software and Dail software,and we evaluate the level of the passive building to meet the standard requirements and comfort index level.Secondly,the method of numerical simulation is adopted in this paper,and the simulation physical model is created by using DeST software.Then it is used to simulate the energy consumption according to the climate characteristics of Huangshan City.Meanwhile,a reference building is established for comparative analysis.And the passive energy-saving effect of the building is obtained.From the perspective of heat transfer and orientation of the building wall,the cold and heat load is not only analyzed,and the wall envelope structure strategy suitable for passive building in Huizhou region is also obtained.It is considered that the heat transfer coefficient of the external wall within 0.37 W/(?·k).Otherwise,by comparing and analyzing the influence of the sun on energy consumption in different time periods and different building orientations,the optimum orientation range of passive buildings with Huizhou regional characteristics is obtained.Furthermore,by studying the influence of air tightness on building energy consumption,the air tightness index suitable for passive buildings with Huizhou regional characteristics is discussed.By comparing the working conditions of two kinds of enclosure structures and introducing the concept of degree and hour,it is found that the room temperature coordination ability of passive houses in Huizhou area is better.There is a positive correlation between building air tightness and indoor natural temperature in transition season.Windowing ventilation should be considered in transition season,and building energy consumption can be reduced by enhancing air tightness in summer and winter.Finally,it is concluded that the 7-8 grade high-grade air tightness index is suitable for the requirements.Passive low-energy consumption building represents the cutting-edge level of energy-saving building,which is essentially a high-efficiency energy-saving building based on green architecture.The passive architecture with Huizhou regional characteristics is a new and high-quality inheritance and development of the ancient Huizhou architecture under the guidance of the concept of green safety and environmental protection.It is bound to get more and more applications in the field of engineering.Relevant technology research plays a positive role in promoting the development of passive low-energy consumption buildings in Anhui Province,and provides theoretical support for the passive buildings' localization in Anhui Province.
