Passive buildings use design methods to achieve energy-saving purposes using natural conditions.Passive building energy conservation is a low-tech energy-saving means,and the design requirements are high.It advocates the use of creative design thinking,full consideration of the characteristics of the regional climate of the building,and the use of natural resources such as ventilation,solar radiation,and light in the natural environment to create a comfortable hair sensation and appropriate illumination for the interior,thereby improving the comfort of the staff in the room.The core design concept is to use natural resources to create a comfortable indoor environment,reduce the investment of artificial machinery and equipment on environmental transformation,thereby reducing active energy consumption and achieving energy conservation.The energy-saving design of passive office buildings is a holistic process,from preinvestigation design to post-construction maintenance.The preliminary research includes geographical location,climate characteristics,surrounding obstructions,ecological environment,etc.The design includes building orientation,body shape coefficient,spatial layout,and also includes natural ventilation,natural heat,natural lighting,and sunshade.This article starts with these energy-saving design perspectives and conducts research.Taking a passive office building in the cold area of Beijing as the prototype,the building energy consumption simulation software DeST is used to build the model.Firstly,the passive office building model is built according to the actual engineering parameters,and the standard energy-saving building model is established according to the public building energy-saving design standard.Under the structure,compare and analyze the energy consumption of standard energy-saving buildings in China,and analyze energysaving.In the winter,the energy saving rate is 69.4%,and in summer,it is only 0.74%;the same passive building also reduces energy consumption in different thermal zones.The comprehensive energy saving rate of passive buildings in cold regions is about 50%,and the comprehensive energy saving rate in cold regions is about 40%..The enclosures have shown good energy efficiency.It is designed from the indoor environment of passive ventilation of natural ventilation,natural lighting,natural heat,shading and auxiliary functions.The natural ventilation uses atrium ventilation and simulates the energy consumption of the building under natural ventilation.The energy saving rate is 8.9%,and the winter energy savingrate is 1.3%.The roof lighting and side window lighting mode reduces the lamp opening time and lamp density,and the lighting energy saving rate is 36%,and the energy saving effect is good.Through the actual measurement of indoor temperature and humidity,wind speed,light and noise value of the building,it is used as an evaluation index of indoor environmental quality.The measured results show that all the indicators are in compliance with the regulations,and the indoor environmental quality of the building meets the requirements.From the incremental cost,dynamic recovery period and the benefits generated by passive office building construction,the economic analysis of the building was carried out.The annual operating cost was saved by 560,400 yuan/year,and the project dynamic recovery period was 8.29 years.The social benefits were good.
