The battery management system(BMS)is one of the core components of new energy vehicles.In the process of developing new energy vehicle controllers,hardware in the loop(HIL)testing technology is an important means to reduce system development costs and improve development efficiency.In this paper,the BMS hardware-in-the-loop test platform is built for the needs of new energy vehicle battery management system testing.This paper analyzes the working principle and function of BMS,proposes the overall design of BMS HIL,describes the hardware structure and software structure model of BMS HIL using SysML modeling language,and develops a BMS hardware-in-the-loop test platform based on PXI bus real-time controller and Veristand software environment,builds battery model,Temperature sensor model,current sensor model and charger model in MATLAB/Simulink software environment;using the built BMS HIL test platform to test key parameter acquisition function,equalization function,SOC estimation function of BMS controller The CAN communication function,the charging management function and power up and down process.Equivalence class division method is used to obtain BMS test cases,and automatic test scripts are written to implement automatic test of BMS HIL.The HIL test results prove that the developed HIL test platform can meet the HIL test requirements of the new energy vehicle BMS controller.
