Automobile anti lock braking system(Anti-Lock Braking System,ABS)is one of the core systems of automobile safety. The utility model relates to a vehicle passive safety control system, which has the advantages of anti skidding, anti runaway and anti lock. The electronic control unit(Electronic control unit,ECU)is the core component of ABS products, through the hardware in the loop(Hardware In-the-Loop HIL)simulation test, can effectively evaluate the reliability of ECU,ensure the safety of its actual use function.Firstly, this paper introduces the evaluation index of the force and braking performance of the vehicle, the structure and working principle of the ABS,and the necessity and basic framework of the ECU hardware in the loop simulation test. Then, based on the introduction of the characteristics and the main points of the ve DYNA model, the vehicle dynamics simulation model based on ve DYNA is established.According to the vehicle dynamics simulation model, the ECU hardware in the loop ABS HIL simulation test system based on Simulink Real-Time is established. At the same time, this paper introduces the working principle of the ECU hardware, determines the test items of the ECU hardware, and designs the hardware modules of the ABS simulation test system of the ECU hardware in the loop. Finally, the off-line simulation is carried out by the test system, and the results of the simulation test system are verified and analyzed.Hardware in the loop test also provides a good environment for the ABS control algorithm and function development,to provide effective support for the development of products into products.Through the HIL test system, the ABS control function can be developed rapidly, and the possible faults can be eliminated in advance.
