At present, the effective depth of conventional embankment interception technology is limited in China, especially in sand embankment,it is difficult to exceed10 meters.Whether it is vertical molding technology or deep mixing pile technology, when the penetration depth exceeds 10 meters, the construction equipment will have problems and dangers of inability to construct and the equipment will be buried. One of this project is the analysis and study of the vertical paving cutting technology.Through the structural transformation of reciprocating slot opening machine, the slot ability of vertical paving slot opening equipment in sand embankment is improved.Second, the cutting technique of deep mixing pile is analyzed and studied, and the initial phase technique of the initial phase of the cross is developed. The collision problem of the cutting bit of the deep mixing pile machine in the large depth sand embankment is solved. The penetration ability of deep mixing pile machine in sand embankment was improved.Third, through the study of two kinds of interception forms, the two kinds of "Two walls clamped PE membrane" technology for the treatment of two kinds of interception curtain joints was successfully developed, which solved the problem of interception continuity.Through the above comprehensive research,we have successfully developed a16-meter deep causeway interception and removal risk technology, and successfully applied it to engineering practice, satisfying the engineering needs, and achieving good social benefits and comprehensive benefits. The paper has 17 pictures and 65 references.
