The photovoltaic industry(PV industry)is a typical capital-intensive industry.it requires a large amount of capital investment in the early stage.If the companies want to make a faster return and profit,what they are required is a production efficiency of the enterprise.In order to achieve sustainable competitiveness,companies must improve production efficiency while maintaining the quality of their products in the current tough economic environment.this paper takes J Company as an example to discuss the issue of capacity increase.the main research contents are as follows:(1)We analyze the future development of the industry and the status of the enterprise through SWOT,and find that the company still has a lot of room for development.the customer demand provided by the downstream sales subsidiary is390t/month,but the current production capacity of the enterprise is 155t/month and is not satisfied,On the issue of increasing production capacity,the company has given two options.One is optimized by using industrial engineering methods to increase production capacity as much as possible,based on the existing production line,to meet customer needs,the company is prepare to construct a new production line to increases production capacity.(2)Specific analysis of program one.This paper combines the actual situation of the line of J Company to analyzes the production status of the enterprise after the production site inspection,and applies the 5W1 H questioning method and "ECRS" principle and process program in the industrial engineering for the problems existing in the current production line.The analysis,in turn,discusses and optimizes the pulse crushing system,the manual packing system and the improvement of the auxiliary equipment,and optimizes the layout of the miscellaneous materials between the miscellaneous materials through layout analysis.the capacity of the post-processing line is from 155t/month to 204t/month.(3)Specific analysis of program two.Through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the feasibility of the new production line is analyzed.Hierarchical stucture model and index system for feasibility evaluation of new production line are constructed by analytic hierarchy process.Determine the three primary rating indicators of market,cost and society.the expert scoring method is used to determine the weight of the index,and the results obtained by yaahp calculation are good,so the feasibility is high.This paper alsoanalyses the layout of the existing production lines,and finds out the problems and solutions,which can be used for reference in the design of new production lines.this paper takes J company as the research object.through its own situation and industry characteristics,actual investigation and analysis,using the relevant methods of industrial engineering,J company’s production capacity has been improved.At the same time,it can also provide reference for other capital-intensive enterprises to raise production.
