The Evaluation Of Water Resources Carrying Capacity In Handan Based On Intuitionistic Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

Intuitionistic fuzzy hierarchy analysis method is established based on the intuitionistic fuzzy sets and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, it has a good effect in solving the evaluation problem in the intuitionistic fuzzy environment. In this paper, the research is based on the intuitionistic fuzzy hierarchy analysis method about the evaluation of water resources of the bearing capacity in Handan under intuitionistic fuzzy environment. The main research contents are as follows: first of all, introduced the water resources carrying capacity, intuitionistic fuzzy sets, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process theory. Then based on the understanding of water resources carrying capacity, including the definition, regional characteristics and main influence factors, and according to the situation and characteristics of water resources in Handan finally determine the evaluation index and established the index system of the water resources carrying capacity of Handan. Finally, based on the intuitionistic fuzzy analysis hierarchy hierarchy process and the evaluation index system of water resources carrying capacity of Handan, established the evaluation model of intuitionistic fuzzy hierarchy analysis of bearing capacity of water resources in Handan, combining with the data according to the 2004 and 2014 carrying capacity evaluation index factors, evaluated the bearing capacity of water resources in Handan, and then comparing the analysis results with AHP and FAHP to illustrate the accuracy of the use of intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. According to the grading, water resources carrying capacity in Handan is low, and it should be strengthened. Analysis of water resources carrying capacity in Handan, we should take measures from three level—resource structure and administrative—to change this situation.
