Manual operation is inevitable in the operation of the current power operation ticket system.It may be mishandled during the key data input and adjustment process of the system,and there are inadequacies of low accuracy and low intelligence.Hence,a research on the operation ticket prevention error generation system based on IEC61850 standard is proposed in this paper.The power grid dispatching operation ticket system designed and developed by the expert system is generally established under the specified environment,and the generality is poor.This paper adopts the IEC61850 to establish a general model system of substation,which has good expansion capability and uses a tree structure to describe the topological relationship of the substation.The correlation between devices is better described.Moreover,the optimal power supply path transfer optimization problem in the operation process is fully considered.The improved binary adaptive differential evolution algorithm and graph theory algorithm are added to the inference module to optimize the power supply path of the operation ticket.It not only satisfies the discrete characteristics of the operation ticket switch combination,but also balances the contradiction between the global search and the local search of the algorithm,which makes the performance of the algorithm greatly improved in accuracy and efficiency.Finally,the minimum number of switching operations is used as the objective function,and the optimal power supply path is realized by an example.The hardware part of the system consists of five parts: module,integrated management module,logical reasoning module,database module and knowledge base module,and basic functions and main features of each module are explained respectively.The software part of the system adopts hierarchical structure design.According to the importance degree of power data transmission,the transmission time and transmission standard are determined.The main control program flow of the intelligent operation ticket system is given,and the logical reasoning of the system knowledge rule base is used to realize the error-free generation of the power dispatch operation ticket.The system is developed by HTML technology.The development environment uses Visual Studio 2017 and MySQL5.It uses C# language to program the main function,and incorporates web programming technology such as Java Script + CSS for web page layout.Server allows the front end to display data by requesting data,and the front end uses the Electron Technology to make the web page a form program,no longer dependent on the browser.The system is applied to automatic billing,which improves the overall intelligence,reduces the burden on the dispatcher,and improves the safety of the grid operation.The system test results show that the intelligent operation ticket generation system has a ticket generation error rate of zero.
