With the transformation of railway enterprises and the development of social economy,railway has also developed from a single mode of passenger and freight transport to a diversified mode of operation.The change of business model is bound to bring about the growth of data.The growth direction is not only limited to the magnitude,but also includes the increase of data structure.This has brought great challenges to Harbin Railway Company.The original statistical information system can't meet the current data needs.How to simplify the statistical process,how to quickly and accurately collect data,how to integrate statistical indicators,how to improve the quality of data and other issues have become the focus and difficulty of the current statistical work.Based on the high-speed development of information technology theory,data warehouse technology and references to domestic and foreign literature,this paper conducts demand analysis through practical investigation of the current situation of statistical information construction in Harbin Railway Bureau,breaks the traditional statistical process of static reporting,and forms an information model with data as the core and cloud computing as the means of processing.It effectively improves the data processing ability and accuracy,and improves the stability of the system.It can get data faster and respond to it.The characteristics of data operation and maintenance are analyzed,and the solution of data processing is put forward.The main research contents include the following aspects:(1)Through the analysis of the existing statistical process,the traditional point-to-point Multi-Command data flow mode is changed,and the data transmission mode of single command combined with multi-thread loading is used to improve the statistical efficiency without changing the existing hardware facilities,so as to realize the reengineering of the statistical process.(2)Based on the cooperation of ETL data acquisition technology and data warehouse technology,the existing database is replaced.It greatly improves the speed and accuracy of data acquisition.The use of Apache Spark data storage technology can improve the efficiency of memory LEU strategy and give full play to the advantages of data warehouse.(3)Through the investigation results of three aspects: the construction of statistical system,railway statistical system and statistical data indicators,the original statistical indicators are refined to form a system,which is organically combined with the statistical process,so as to realize the optimization of the statistical system.(4)Analyzing the business requirements of statistical information system,dividing it into three layers: processing layer,integration layer,analysis layer and display layer,and putting forward optimization scheme to improve data quality.Finally,according to the above technical principles,new functional modules are added to link the data warehouse of railway system and optimize the original statistical system.Selectrepresentative data correction,data analysis and application functions to implement in the optimized system,verify the accuracy,timeliness and effective support of statistical results,fully illustrate the advantages of the design system.
