Railway Engineering life cycle management includes four stages: survey,design,construction and operation and maintenance.To achieve real life cycle management,all kinds of data and materials need to be transmitted and shared in different stages without obstruction,so as to maximize the use of data and share the data results of each stage.However,due to the development time,technical means and other reasons,the existing railway informatization has inconsistent development levels at all stages,disunified data interface standards,imperfect data field definitions,difficulties in multi-source heterogeneous data fusion,wide range of data sources,involving multiple professional fields,complex data association relationships,fault data transmission in the whole process,lack of life-cycle management concept and low efficiency of collaborative work.It is difficult to meet the needs of railway life cycle management and railway modernization information development.At present,due to the closeness and relevance of the work in the survey,design and construction stages,a unified data standard and interface have been preliminarily established to realize data transmission and sharing,but there is still a gap with the operation and maintenance stage.The unified data structure and data standard have not been established in the operation and maintenance stage,so it is impossible to take acvantage of the data and enjoy the achievements brought by the previous data and provide assistance for the equipment management and maintenance in the railway operation and maintenance period.Therefore,there is an urgent need to carry out the research and analysis of the data fields in the railway engineering operation and maintenance stage,integrate with the existing data structures and standards,explore the digital transmission of the data from the construction stage to the operation and maintenance stage,realize the data sharing and lossless transmission of the railway life cycle management,adapt to the modern railway informatization,digitization and standardization management,promote the development and application of the value of railway engineering data,and contribute practical significances and application values to the modernization,informatization and intellectualization of railway operation and maintenance.Based on the research on the methods of data transmission in the construction stage-operation and maintenance stage,the author first introduced the current situation,the concept of metadata,database,data warehouse and ETL tools of data management in the construction stage and operation and maintenance stage.Secondly,the data fields of railway engineering management platform in the construction stage and railway public works information management system in the operation and maintenance stage were studied.Combined with the actual needs of equipment management,maintenance and analysis in the operation and maintenance stage,referring to the existing EBS standards in the construction stage,the data structure and data fields in the operation and maintenance stage are sorted out,and the metadata of business data in the operation and maintenance stage were defined.Then,the metadata in the operation and maintenance stage are formed into a form Schema according to the application requirements,and the database in the operation and maintenance period are generated as the target database.Through JDBC,the railway engineering management platform in the construction stage can be accessed across multiple different application systems,establish contact with the data in the platform,and take the business data meta database as the source database.Design and develop ETL tools.Through the comparative analysis of the two-stage data fields was established,the mapping relationship between the two-stage data.After selecting the data fields to be extracted,the system automatically generates data extraction SQL statements and executes data extraction.Finally,after the data in the application systems of the railway engineering management platform in the construction stage are summarized to the database in the operation and maintenance period,the data will be exported to generate Excel files according from the different requirements of the railway public works management information system in the operation and maintenance stage,and the data will be transmitted offline.In this way the digital transmission of data in the construction stage-operation and maintenance stage is completed,and the sharing of engineering data is realized,and these ensure the accuracy and integrity of data transmission.
