Bearing is the most basic part of mechanical transmission,among which angular contact ball bearing plays an important role in high-speed rotating mechanical equipment.In performance,angular contact ball bearings can bear both radial and axial forces.In the high-speed operation of angular contact,the ball and bearing inner and outer ring contact friction constantly,so that the bearing temperature rise,as well as the generation of extreme stress,will make the service life of the bearing greatly reduced.So it is necessary to study the contact problem of high speed angular contact ball bearing.In this paper,the contact problem of type 7005 angular contact ball bearing is studied.(1)Three-dimensional model of angular contact ball bearing is established with Solid Works 3d mapping software,and finite element simulation analysis is conducted based on Abaqus.Firstly,finite element software is used to analyze the contact stress,ball speed and bearing contact Angle of high-speed angular contact ball bearing under different working conditions.(2)Considering the lubrication of high speed angular contact ball bearing contact problem analysis,because of the complexity of the convection solid coupling calculation using Abaqus finite element software,so this article will use the virtual spring instead of the oil film method to realize the bearing oil film lubrication state,calculated by the known conditions need oil film stiffness value,then the oil film stiffness value as spring stiffness value input in the finite element software to calculate.Finally,the results of lubrication and non-lubrication models are compared and analyzed.(3)Considering that stiffness is an important performance parameter of bearing and angular contact ball bearing belongs to point contact type,its rigidity is poor.Therefore,this paper studies and analyzes the stiffness change of bearing under different working conditions.(4)Considering that the high speed angular contact ball bearing willgenerate a lot of heat due to the contact friction between the ball and the inner and outer ring of the bearing,thus affecting the life of the bearing.Therefore,based on Abaqus finite element software,the thermodynamic coupling analysis of bearing is carried out in this paper.Through analysis and calculation,the temperature field distribution of inner and outer ring and ball bearing is obtained,and the temperature rise rule of inner and outer ring of bearing is obtained.(5)Considering the collision between the cage pocket and the rolling body,the bearing will have an unstable movement in the working state,which will lead to the wear of the bearing and lead to the premature failure of the bearing.Therefore,this paper studies the contact force between the ball and the cage hole and analyzes the size and law of the contact force.At the same time,the motion state of bearing cage under different working conditions is studied,and the motion rule of bearing cage is obtained through variable analysis.The eccentricity of the cage is analyzed.Finally,the stability of the cage is tested theoretically.
