Cone interference connection is a kind of connection method which uses interference fit to connect related parts.It has advantages of good neutral,strong bearing capacity and simple structure,and is widely used in mechanical transmission,pipe connection and other fields.Algorithm of interference fit joint cone directly applied in practical engineering design and research work,the lack of the research of algorithm in recent years,with the development of technology,the defect of traditional algorithm restricted the application of interference fit joint cone,this paper puts forward the ideas of discretization being applied to the train of thought in the cone interference connection calculation,thus getting a new axial distribution with the ultimate load and the interface description ability of the new algorithm,although the discretization algorithm of this paper is still not perfect,the lack of any parameters of solvability,but has explain the discretization,the rationality of the application of ideas,the way to the further development of algorithm is pointed out.The research on cone interference joint focuses on the finite element simulation analysis and supporting test analysis,but due to the lack of digital definition of structure size characteristics,only some specific size or working condition of the individual rules,the engineering design support capacity is insufficient.The ontology first defines the geometric characteristics of cone interference connection,parameterizes the "size","width" and "thickness" of the structure,and then obtains the distribution range of geometric characteristic coefficients in practical application through the analysis of a product national standard.Then the parameters such as size,width,thickness,friction coefficient and Angle of the cone surface are considered.Then,by analyzing the simulation results of different propulsion strokes,we get the conclusion that the contact surface has the same rule under different propulsion strokes.Finally,by defining the numerical characteristics of the parameters of the contact surface,the influence rules of the parameters on the equivalent stress,contact stress,stress concentration and the bonding rate of the contact surface are analyzed,and the conclusion that the structure size,the Angle of the cone surface and the friction coefficient are the main factors affecting the contact surface is obtained.Cone in the mechanical transmission system of interference fit joint is usually loaded by threaded connection,threaded bearing the axial position of connection has been a lack of analysis of the influence of contact surface,in this article,through simulation thread bearing area in contact area on both sides of the axial extreme positions,the active interference fit joint thread bearing area to the cone face move,can reduce the maximum equivalent stress,increase the contact area joint rate,strengthen the contact stress of the conclusion of stress concentration.This shows that the back shift of the thread bearing area can increase the strength and strengthen the advantages of the joint,but there will be a more obvious "nibble axis" determination.This provides a new idea for improving the current cone interference connection structure and enhancing the connection performance.
