Hydraulic transmission technology is widely used in construction machinery and equipment manufacturing industry,it is the basis for the development of machinery industry.Piston pump is the most common power component in hydraulic system because of its high power density,high output pressure and high efficiency.Its property affects the performance of the equipment.Modern machinery is developing in the direction of large-scale,integration,high reliability and high economy,which puts forward higher requirements for the performance of piston pumps.High pressure,large flow,high speed and low noise piston pump is the current research hotspots of piston pump.The law of environment is becoming more stringent so the noise problem of piston pump also gets more and more attention.The noise of piston pump is composed of mechanical noise and fluid noise.The mechanical noise is caused by the tolerance of fit between cylinder block,spindle and piston of pump,which are mainly limited by processing craft and accuracy.Fluid noise is caused by the exciting force produced by the fluctuation of flow and pressure on the cylinder block and the valve plate when the plunger pump works.When a piston pump works,the piston chamber repeatedly passes through the low pressure and high pressure areas that result in the rapid compression and expansion of the oil in the piston chamber which will generate flow and pressure pulsation.The phenomenon is caused by the structure and working principle of the piston pump so the flow and pressure pulsation can only be reduced but not be eliminated.The structure of the valve plate is closely related to the flow and pressure pulsation.In this paper a four assignment window axial piston pump has been presented which can be used in various working conditions.The software Simulation X is used in this paper to model and analyze piston pump.In order to reduce the flow and pressure fluctuation,the following work has been done in this paper.It has sketched the noise mechanism of axial piston pump and surveyed the domestic and abroad research in vibration noise reduction of piston pump.The study in this paper is instructive for the design of valve plate and the reduction of vibration and noise of piston pump.The purpose and method of research in this paper have been determined.It has studied the principle and kinematics relationship of axial piston pump.Then the theoretical flow formula is deduced,and the variation law of area which flow goes through in piston pump is analyzed.After that the simulation model of four assignmentwindow axial piston pump is established.Then the flow,pressure of piston pump and force of swash plate are analyzed.At the same time four kinds of damping groove of valve plate are put forward and the simulation of piston pump with different unloading grooves is carried out.After the flow and pulsation were analyzed,the following conclusions are drawn:The triangular damping groove has a good effect on reducing flow and pressure pulsation.The effect of reducing flow and pressure pulsation is the best when the depth of triangular damping groove is 21 degrees and the width of it is 13 degrees.For the orifice damping groove,the effect of reducing flow and pressure pulsation is the best when the diameter of the orifice is 0.8mm.For the U-shaped damping groove,the effect of reducing flow and pressure pulsation is the best when its radius is 0.25 mm and depth is 5.7 mm.For the parabolic damping groove,the effect of reducing flow and pressure pulsation is the best when its focal distance is 0.2mm and length is 9mm.On the basis of the traditional double assignment window axial piston pump,this paper presents a four assignment window axial piston pump,which can meet various working conditions.Simulation X is used in simulation and analysis of axial piston pump.In order to reduce the flow and pressure fluctuation of the piston pump,the optimal parameters of the valve plate are obtained.The study in this paper is instructive for the design of valve plate and the reduction of vibration and noise of piston pump.
