In this paper,ABAQUS finite element software is used to analyze the finite element mechanical behavior of seismic supports and hangers.The results show that the mechanical performance of the ASAH under positive and negative loading has certain differences.This is because the bottom anti-seismic connector will rotate under positive loading.Although the deviation from the initial angle is small,it also weakens the bearing capacity under positive loading to some extent.Compared with the tension of the structure loaded in negative direction,the compression effect of the anti-seismic diagonal brace of the traditional ASAH is not obvious when the structure is loaded in positive direction,which is caused by the local instability of components during the compression process of the structure.In addition,stress concentration is easy to occur in the anti-seismic connecting parts,which is not conducive to the safety of the whole structure.In view of the shortcomings of the existing ASAH,a new type of ASAH is designed.Compared with the traditional ASAH,the anti-seismic diagonal braces in the new type of ASAH are subjected to more uniform stress and are less prone to partial stress concentration of anti-seismic connectors,thus leading to the first failure of components,and the overall structure of the new type of ASAH is safer.The initial stiffness of the new ASAH is greatly reduced while the bearing capacity of the new ASAH is not weakened,which shows that the new ASAH have good bearing capacity and the overall structure is more flexible.15 groups of new ASAH models with different parameters are designed,ABAQUS is used to analyze these models,and the influences of main factors such as anti-seismic brace angle,hanger rod side length,L-shaped connection steel plate thickness,inner and outer steel tube length,inner and outer steel tube thickness,rubber ring length,rubber ring thickness and the like on the mechanical performance of the anti-seismic support and hanger are studied.The analysis shows that the anti-seismic brace angle has obvious influence on the new ASAH,and the mechanical performance of the model with an angle of 45 is relatively good;The side length of suspenders has little influence on the new type of ASAH.The thickness of L-shapedsteel plate has great influence on the new type of ASAH.The thickness of L-shaped steel plate can be determined according to the actual situation and bearing capacity requirements.The length of inner and outer steel pipes has great influence on the new ASAH.The thickness of inner and outer steel pipes has great influence on the new type of ASAH.The thickness of rubber ring has little influence on the new ASAH.The length of rubber ring has a great influence on the new type of ASAH.In practical application,the appropriate length of rubber ring can be determined according to actual needs and technological limitations.The research on the nonlinear simplified analysis method of the ASAH is in good agreement with the hysteretic curve and skeleton curve obtained by experiment and simulation,and the relative error is controlled within 10%,which proves the correctness of the simplified model and method of the ASAH.,which provides reference and basis for the subsequent application of ASAH in actual projects.Taking an actual project as an example,three kinds of building structures with different ASAH are designed.ETABS software is used to analyze the seismic response of ASAH.The analysis shows that the support-hanger system,as a non-structural component,has little influence on the storey shear force of the whole structure.Seismic brace has little effect on the displacement angle of the whole structure.The ASAH with anti-seismic brace has more obvious displacement control on the support and hanger itself and the pipeline than the bearing support and hanger without anti-seismic brace,which can well play a limiting role,thus better protecting the pipeline and the support and hanger system;Compared with the traditional ASAH,the new ASAH have smaller displacement to the supports and hangers themselves and pipelines,which makes the supports and hangers system safer under earthquake.
