With the large number of distributed generation access,the electrical characteristics of distribution network have changed greatly.Various distribution network analysis algorithms adapted to the traditional distribution network are no longer adapted to the distribution network with distributed generations.Active distribution network is a new development goal of distribution network,which can effectively manage the distribution network with distributed generation.As one of the main contents of active distribution network research,research on active distribution network reconfiguration has important practical significance.In this paper,multi-objective active distribution network reconfiguration is taken as the research content.This optimization problem has the characteristics of multi-objective and large scale.However,the existing models and solutions for multi-objective active distribution network reconfiguration are far from perfect.Based on the summary of multi-objective distribution network reconfiguration methods,a heuristic solution method for active distribution network multi-objective reconfiguration problem is proposed.Firstly,the power flow calculation method and short circuit calculation method of distribution network with distributed generation are studied.In power flow calculation method,when dealing with PV nodes,the method introduces reactive power correction coefficient and reactive power regulation quantity to realize voltage constant and reactive power determination in the process of PV nodes replacement and forward conversion.In the short circuit calculation method,according to the different output characteristics of distributed generation,the fault current under different distributed generation is calculated separately,and the total fault current is obtained by superposition.Then,in order to reduce the scale of the optimization problem,the distribution network reconfiguration graph is established.Based on the distribution network reconfiguration graph,a radial network generation algorithm is proposed,which avoids the screening process of the network in the later stage of the previous algorithm.Based on the above research work,the multi-objective active distribution network reconfiguration problem is solved by the improved binary particle swarm optimization algorithm.The active distribution network reconfiguration program is programmed with VC++ on VS2013 platform.The algorithm is validated by taking a 35 kV high voltage distribution network in a city as an example.By comparing the objective function values before and after reconfiguration,we can see that the proposed algorithm can effectively optimize the operation index of distribution network on the basis of satisfying the operation constraints of active distribution network.The method is correct and effective.
