Because the cold water system of air conditioning is a dynamic system with real-time changes,its operating conditions are affected by the combination of factors such as the change of terminal air conditioning load,seasonal changes,process changes,and human flow,and are always in fluctuation.This paper aims at the problem that the general control system can not achieve the best results.Taking the freezing station of Xianyang Rainbow Optoelectronics Technology Co.,Ltd.as the original data,a fuzzy control system based on load prediction is designed and applied.To achieve the system comprehensive monitoring and safety,flexibility,energy conservation control.The research content of the paper is as follows:Firstly,it expounds the background and significance of the research on the cold engine control system.Based on the current research status of the cold engine control system at home and abroad,the content and technical route used in the paper are proposed,and the equipment situation of the cold water system of the Rainbow Photoelectric Project is targeted.Analyze its function requirement and carry on the overall scheme design of the system.Secondly,to study the problem of energy saving control in the cold machine,the fuzzy control technology based on load prediction and the speed control method of computer energy saving control+ frequency conversion control are adopted to achieve the tracking of the change of the terminal air-conditioning load and the prediction of the flow of frozen water demand.The load rate of the cold pump and the control of the increase and decrease machine of the system achieve the purpose of energy saving.Finally,the hardware structure and function of the control system of the refrigerator are designed,and the control system is tested through system debugging.The debugging results show that the functional requirements of the control system are all realized,especially in the field of energy conservation operation.According to the operation parameters of the Rainbow Photoelectric project chiller unit,energy conservation calculations have been carried out,and the energy conservation rate of the cold water system has reached 10%.Compared with PID control technology,this paper realizes the variable flow control of the cold water system through the research design and application of the cold machine control system,so that the air-conditioning cold water system is in a state of high energy efficiency at any time.Minimize the energy waste of the system and reduce the operating costs of the enterprise.
