Research On Design And Control Of The Central Air Conditioning System

The central air conditioning system has been paid much more attention by scholars on its huge energy consumption now.For the reason that the energy problem becomes more and more important and the central air conditioning system is the main part of energy consumption with the wide application range.But now there are a lot of problems no matter on the air conditioning system design or the operating procedures of management.Improve the hotel industry efficiency and solve the problem of environmental pollution is a priority by reducing energy consumption with the method of improve design and management technology.Therefore,improvement method is put forward from two aspects of technology and management in this thesis:(1)In terms of technical control energy saving control and design of central air conditioning system in Hotel is focused on.A reasonable transformation plan has been formulated by the analysis of the air conditioning technology of a five star hotel in Guizhou which combined with my work experience.The methods are as follows:(a)The original central air-conditioning system achieves a good energy saving effect under transformation with the water source heat pump central air conditioning system.(b)The parameters of chilled water and circulating water of air conditioning is monitored with TJSMART central air conditioning energy saving control system.And Optimal output energy is controlled with the method of fuzzy prediction algorithm.(2)In terms of management control the current central air conditioning system in the hotel is experimented and summarized which focus on the operation of the central air conditioning system after the transformation of a large foreign five star hotel in Guizhou.The scientific air conditioning energy conservation operating procedure is formulated which used to guide the operation of the management personnel and cultivate the awareness of energy conservation.On the one hand the tension of energy is eased and the ecological environment is improved,on the other hand enterprise efficiency is improved by using the operational procedures.Technical transformation and management control scheme are complementary to each other which can be used to enhance the energy saving effect of hotel central air conditioning system.The technical transformation and management control scheme can be referenced by the whole hotel industry with the good promotion significance.
