With the rapid development of urban rail transit construction in China,the scale of engineering construction is expanding and the difficulty is constantly improving.The super deep underground continuous wall project is the most commonly used enclosure structure for the deep foundation pit and other deep foundation pit engineering.Its construction quality affects the safety of the entire foundation pit and even the operation of the station.The underground continuous wall engineering has the characteristics of large investment,large scale,many involved factors,complex construction technology,serious consequences and far-reaching effects.It has very important research significance.But at present,most of the research is aimed at the qualitative description of the concept and theory of the quality control of the super deep underground continuous wall engineering,and not enough attention is paid to the research on the feed forward signal of the safety hazard source in the construction site of the super deep underground continuous wall engineering.The prediction accuracy of the safety risk is far from satisfactory and is predicted from the real time.There is still a big gap in the demand.Therefore,the aim of this thesis is to explore the feed forward signal of the quality accident source of the super deep underground continuous wall engineering from the point of view of the quality accident feed forward signal of the super deep underground continuous wall engineering,and to design the real-time monitoring and real-time prediction method for the risk sources.(1)Literature review,research ideas and technical routes.On the basis of detailed literature review,this paper analyzes the research status and direction of the quality accident of ultra-deep underground diaphragm wall,and points out the deficiency of the current research.Then,we should clearly study the objectives and methods,and design research ideas.(2)The theory and method are expounded.Through the literature review,the construction technology requirements,the general idea of construction management and the theory of logical tree methodology and accident cause are grasps in the current norms of the super deep underground continuous wall engineering,and the research direction of the quality accidents in the super deep underground continuous wall engineering is expounded in theory and application,which provides the theoretical basis for the construction of the later PaICFs(prevent precursors and immediate factors on construction sites)model.(3)Identification of risk source for construction quality of ultra-deep underground diaphragm wall.This paper introduces the identification method of WBS-RBS(work breakdown structure-risk breakdown structure)risk source,and uses this method to identify the main risk sources in the construction process of the super deep underground continuous wall construction process,and then decomposes the construction process of the super deep underground continuous wall with the WBS method,and decomposes the risk accidents of each construction project by BBS: Mainly from the opening of the construction process.The main risk sources of the construction of the super deep underground continuous wall are analyzed by the analysis of the risk and possible causes of the production and lifting of the dredged slots and rebar cages,the concrete pouring and the surrounding environment.(4)The model of accident feed forward signal and attempted incident is constructed.The feed forward signal and the attempted event are defined and analyzed.Then the quality and safety management system of the super deep underground continuous wall engineering is constructed,and on this basis,the factors that prevent the feed forward signal and the attempted event become the quality accident of the super deep underground continuous wall engineering are expounded,and the quality of the super deep underground continuous wall engineering is established.S survey model,and the possible direct cause,indirect causes and underlying causes of models are analyzed in detail.In addition,on the basis of feed forward signal and attempted event,this chapter emphatically analyzes the main measures of deformation control and construction risk control of construction of super deep underground continuous wall,so as to lay a solid theoretical foundation for future research.(5)Case analysis.The specific case is analyzed.First,on the basis of the engineering background,the possible hazard sources are identified,the feed forward signals and unaccomplished events of the possible causes are analyzed,and the feed forward signals and attempted events are added to the database;finally,according to the ultra deep underground The construction technology of continuous wall project is to select the most suitable construction measures and management measures.
