With the rapid progress of science,technology and economic construction in our country,people are paying more and more attention on the safety,environmental protection and durability of buildings for the improvement of living standards.With the development of society,the structural forms of many buildings no longer meet the demands to the function of the buildings.So,effectively methods to solve the reinforcement,reconstruction and repair of existing buildings will provide better opportunities for the development of this industry.In recent years,some achievements have been made in the research on the reinforcement and reconstruction of reinforced concrete structures in our country.However,the reinforcement method still rely on the engineering experience that lack of systematic,theoretical and professional research combining economic,technical,social and so on.In this thesis,reinforcement method optimization and mechanics property analysis of multi-storey concrete frame structure reconstruction are analyzed.The main contents are as follows:1.In order to provide the basis for the optimization model of the reinforcement and reconstruction scheme of reinforced concrete structure,engineering characteristics,procedure and key control point in the process of reinforcement and reconstruction of the reinforced concrete structural are grasped,2.Based on the four basic objectives of economic rationality,technical feasibility,effect reliability and overall effect,the optimal selection index system of reinforcement scheme in the reconstruction construction of reinforced concrete structure is constructed.The selected indexes are screened by the expert scoring method which combining the importance of each index in the model using the ordered weighted average MA-OWA.The optimal selection model and calculation method are determined based on TOPSIS method,which is the foundation for the optimization of reinforcement method in the future.3.Based on the test and appraisal results,three reinforcement schemes are put forward to meet the demands of a three-story frame reconstruction and reinforcement project.The optimal model of reinforcement scheme in the reconstructionconstruction of reinforced concrete structure is established based on the TOPSIS method,so that the comparative optimization and determination of the reinforcement scheme are carried out.4.The nonlinear mechanical properties analysis of the whole process of demolition and reinforcement in the modified region are analyzed by using the finite element method.The influence of the thickness of steel plate on the vertical bearing capacity of structure is analyzed by changing the thickness of glued steel plate.The effect of different arrangement under the same reinforcement material is analyzed by establishing different models.According to the above analysis,the reinforcement scheme and technical index are determined.5.According to the optimal reinforcement scheme,the whole finite element model is established.Through modal analysis and dynamic time history analysis,the seismic performance indexes of the original structure and the reinforced structure are compared,such as the period,the vibration mode,the displacement angle between the layers,and so on.It is verified that the structural reconstruction and reinforcement can meet the requirements of seismic design.
