Research On Dynamic Line Organization And Entrance Space Design Of Urban Complex Under TOD Mode

The urban complex in the TOD mode is a very popular type of complex development in recent years.It has a highly intensive,composite,and three-dimensional feature that enables it to use land efficiently and meet the diverse needs of users.The development of the region has therefore played an increasingly important role in urban development.For the TOD complex,its most important function is to co-ordinate different site spaces and efficiently organize the flow of people.In the TOD complex,there may be site space on different high-level floors,so the flow of people does not necessarily increase linearly or decrease with the increase or decrease of the floor.How to reasonably arrange the movement of people and vehicles,so that people have the shortest transfer time between sites,and the use of the crowds brought by the site to bring the popularity of the development space of the complex has become the core issue of this paper.This article is based on the dynamic line organization and the entrance space.Through field research on Hong Kong and Guangzhou cases,researching domestic and international related cases,participating in the actual project of TOD complex,and reading a large number of related books and literatures,this topic has been deeply studied.In this paper,after the relevant theoretical research and feature analysis of urban complex under TOD mode,the TOD complex space has the typical feature of “multiple first layer”.Then it discusses the causes and classifications of the “multi-first layer” in the TOD complex,analyzes its internal relationship with the moving line organization,and analyzes it with actual cases.The specific analysis of the dynamic line organization is to analyze the spatial relationship between the site and the track,and specifically analyze how the moving line organization of the TOD complex performs the splitting and seamless transfer of people and vehicles,and split it into multiple Types are discussed separately with specific cases.For the entrance space of the TOD complex,first analyze the composition,characteristics and types of the entrance space,and then propose the specific entry space design principles and design methods,and explain the case with the case.Finally,the research results are verified by the actual cases that have been participated.
