The beginning of the21st century, the major cities have entered a large number ofrail transportation, the peak period of rapid construction of the subway as urbantransportation system has a key role in a high capacity and efficient mode oftransportation, with a large volume, fast, safe, reliable, punctuality comfortable, able toadapt to the adverse environmental impact, the more concentrated travel activities, thecity’s large-scale economic and social activities located banded together to guide theevolution of the urban form, economic development and people’s way of life formed,have a positive and far-reaching impact. And the level of development of the businessoften depends on the degree of development of the traffic flow of rail transit stationstrength, density and turnover highest frequency, with other transport node does nothave commercial advantage, so, relying on rail transit site for commercial development,present and future the focus of commercial development.MTR Station commercial complex due to its own characteristics, in connectionwith the traffic outside the city, the internal organization of moving lines, undergroundlayer and the layers of the earth for their functional distribution and spatial orientationand oriented design should be different from the traditional business, focus onimproving the conversion rate of the commercial passenger. Looking at the Beijing therailway superstructure commercial status quo, the subway passenger still can noteffectively transformed into the advantages of commercial passenger traffic, rail trafficand did not play very well. In order to maximize the use of Subway fast up and largevolume, to resolve the contradictions of space on the subway requirements to facilitate the organization, which will help to ease the requirements to retain passenger andcommercial produce consumer behavior to further enhance the commercialattractiveness of the railway superstructure, Metro passenger traffic to commercialpassenger flow effectively translated to provide the basis for building design.Paper, based on the the Beijing subway commercial complex above the status quo,to Haidian huangzhuang Station, The Gate Mall, the the Xizhimen Station Cade malland the Oriental Plaza, Wangfujing Station, three representative projects as the researchobject, respectively, by an external transport connections, the internal organization ofmoving lines, the space functional structure and spatial sequence organization fouraspects, through the actual research and theoretical analysis, summed up the advantagesand disadvantages exist in the typical case in the subway commercial developmentabove the design, from the architectural design the standpoint of optimizationsuggestions.Finally, according to the case-studies were cut from the traffic and spatial ideaspresented during the MTR Station commercial complex design should pay attention tothe integration of ground and underground space design, and create a good spaceenvironment experience. In addition, compared with the traditional shopping center,underground space identification and design-oriented transformation and forcommercial passenger presence is particularly important. Thus, the internal environmentclearly identify and strong spatial-oriented, but also the design of this type ofcommercial space is one of the basic requirements.
