Study On Decision-Making Of Equipment Renewal In A City Power Supply Company

With the comprehensive reform of transmission and distribution price in China's power grid industry,the profit model of power grid enterprises has changed fundamentally,gradually from the monopoly mode of earning differential price to the mode of participating in market competition.In this context,power grid enterprises need to take full account of cost,safety,durability and other factors to improve the operating efficiency of equipment,grasp the best opportunity for equipment renewal,and avoid waste of resources.Therefore,this paper takes the renewal decision of power grid equipment of A city power supply company as the research object,and puts forward relevant suggestions,which can provide some reference and reference for equipment renewal of A city power supply company and similar enterprises.Based on the theory of equipment renewal at home and abroad,combined with the current situation and existing problems of equipment renewal management in A city power supply company,this paper puts forward the long,medium and short decision model of power grid equipment renewal decision.In the long-term model,the demand for long-term renewal of power grid equipment is predicted based on the expected service life of assets,and the problem of "when to renew" is solved.In short-term and medium-term models,the risk level of equipment and the cost of renewal are integrated,and the decision-making interval of renewal is constructed to solve the problem of "whether or not to renew".In the model of renewal decision-making scheme,AHP method is introduced,and indicators are constructed from six aspects: cost,safety,energy consumption,maintenance,durability and environmental protection.Taking four alternatives for renewal of various wiring facilities in medium voltage distribution network as an example,an empirical analysis is carried out to provide new reference and reference for decision-making of equipment renewal in A City power supply company,and to solve the problem of "how to make better".New issues.Finally,based on the above research,combined with the status quo and existing problems of equipment renewal management in A city power supply company,management suggestions are put forward from three aspects: strengthening long-term budget and fund management,optimizing equipment operation and maintenance strategy,and strengthening equipment follow-up cost control.This paper attempts to provide an effective reference for A city power supply company to improve the level of equipment renewal decision-making and management,and to improve the efficiency of equipment operation.
