Research On Multi-project Management Of Metro Bogie Design In Company A

Now our country is in a period of accelerated industrialization and urbanization development.The traffic pressure and traffic congestion of the cities is serious.The emergence of the subway has brought the dawn to development of the city road,becoming an important part of city traffic development.Along with the development of The Times,there are more and more metro lines.The number of project metro vehicle manufacturing enterprises to undertake will become more and more.Companies are often over a period of time for multiple projects at the same time.How to scientifically and properly manage multiple product development projects,finishing each project on time,maximizing the interests of the whole enterprise,is huge challenge for each metro vehicle manufacturing enterprises are facing.At present,there is much study on single project management.For most of the research of project management more still stay at a certain management methods of research and don’t form a complete theoretical system.This paper theoretically develops a management method of projects for metro bogie design of company A,basing on the actual situation of company A’s metro bogie design and the various methods of multi-project management.This paper first introduces the background,purpose and meaning of this select ed topic.It explains the theoretical knowledge of multi-project management.There has a study of multi-project management method.This paper analyzes problems o f company A’s metro bogie design combining with the reality.It proposes the mea sure from the organizational structure model,human resource management,project information and communication management,project schedule management,using t he method of multi-project management and evaluates the measure.Finally it is re ached that the research conclusion of this paper,and puts forward the deficiencies and research prospects.
