In the increasingly competitive environment at home and abroad,the quality of human resources has become a key factor to promote the development of enterprises and an important means for enterprises to gain profits.As Bill Gates once said,"If we take away our top 20 employees,I can say that Microsoft will become a trivial company." We can intuitively feel the importance of human resources in enterprise operation.The success or failure of an enterprise and its strength no longer depend on its material capital,but on its ability to select,educate and retain people.Human resource management has also stepped into human capital management from the traditional personnel management in the past.The ability of enterprises to attract and use core talents determines the success of enterprises to a large extent.The country will prosper if talents are strong,and the enterprise will prosper if talents are strong.This also fully demonstrates the importance of human resources system construction.With the development of the times,the problems in human resources management of ZH Electric Power Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd.have become increasingly prominent.In order to improve the company’s management level and improve management efficiency,this paper puts forward the plan and objectives of optimizing the human resources management system of ZH Electric Power Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd.This paper mainly starts with the current situation of the human resources management system of ZH Power Construction Company,analyzes the main problems existing in the current human resources management,focuses on the problems existing in the five aspects of human resources management strategic planning,human resources allocation,employee training and development,salary management system,and performance management system,and then analyzes the reasons for the problems,and proposes to build a scientific strategic planning,establish a fair management allocation Formulate effective training and development measures,and try to take the opportunity of human resource management to promote the development of enterprises to design the optimization plan of human resource management system.Of course,in order to ensure the effectiveness of the optimization plan,this paper also ensures the smooth operation and implementation of the optimized human resources management system by establishing a series of security measures such as institutional security,financial security,organizational security and cultural security.The research in this paper can not only help enterprises choose and use the right people to improve the competitiveness of the company,but also provide practical reference value for other power industries or state-owned enterprises in China to design and optimize the human resource management system.
