Study On Local Government Behavior In Developping Of Home Furnishing Technology Enterprise In Anxi County

With the development of the real estate industry and home decoration industry,the home furnishing technology industry,as a sub-project of home decoration,is constantly upgrading.The continuous addition of new categories leads to increasingly intensified market competition,and the development of the whole industry is also facing fierce competition.Home furnishing technology industry is the second largest characteristic pillar industry and livelihood industry of Anxi County in Fujian Province.In such a competitive environment,how to make a good industrial planning,constantly adapt to market demand,and maintain the development trend of home furnishing technology industry,is the key issue that Anxi County government needs to pay attention to.In the report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),Xi Jinping clearly pointed out that we should support the optimization and upgrading of traditional industries,create conditions for the transformation of traditional industries through the growth of new technologies,new business forms and new models,and make greater progress in upgrading technologies,upgrading products,and improving efficiency and quality.The analysis of China’s economic development situation by the Central Economic Work Conference in 2018 points out that China’s economic operation is stable,changeable and worrying,the external environment is complex and severe,and the economy is facing downward pressure.Under this trend,the government should focus on creating a fair competitive institutional environment and appropriate policy environment,encouraging small and medium-sized enterprises to accelerate their growth,and fostering and developing industrial clusters.Through the analysis of Anxi County government’s behavior,this paper puts forward the method of optimizing government’s behavior to promote the development of home furnishing technology industry.Based on the theory of government function and the theory of new public service,this paper focus on the government behavior and its main problems in the development of Anxi County’s home furnishing industry by using methods of literature analysis,SWOT analysis and individual interviews.And then find the root causes of the problems from the aspects of government functions,policy system,industry overall planning,supporting planning and talent policy.In view of the above problems,the article puts forward corresponding countermeasures on the basis of summarizing and drawing lessons from the experience of government behavior in promoting industrial development in some areas of China.Through these measures,we hope that we can further optimize the government’s behavior and promote the healthy development of Anxi’s home furnishing technology industry.
