At present,China’s large transport vehicle technology lag behind the developed countries due to the limitations including insufficient carrying capacity,low stability and poor passability of the curve.It is great significance to improve the overall level of China’s super-large transport industry.Focusing on the three problems above,this paper mainly analyzes the vehicle’s carrying capacity,stability and turning passability,respectively.Calculation,optimization and active control are conducted for parameters,performance,and transport plan.Results of this study can provide insights for China’s super-large transportation industry.Firstly,Analyzed the bearing capacity of the main longitudinal beam of the trailer based on ANSYS.For the main longitudinal beam,when loading the cargo,it is subjected to the internal force and deformation under the support of its own gravity,bearing force and suspension hydraulic circuit.The simulation model of the trailer frame is built and the correctness of the model is verified by theoretical calculation.In addition,a new method to improve the bearing capacity of the main longitudinal beam by changing the way of hydraulic circuit programming is proposed.The model is used to study the influence of stress and deformation of the main longitudinal beam under different hydraulic circuit programming modes.The results show that the bearing capacity of the trailer can be improved by reasonably changing the way of hydraulic circuit programming,and the frame can be driven in a state of less stress and deformation.In terms of stability,the static stability and dynamic stability of the vehicle are studied from the two aspects of overload instability and tipping instability,and the stability of the trailer is optimized by changing the combination of hydraulic circuits.Establishing a large-size transport vehicle model using LS-DYNA to simulate the vehicle’s loading of goods on the ramp.Using the Hyper View visualization tool,it can be seen from the simulation results that changing the hydraulic programming method makes the vehicle turn from stable to stable driving,verifying the reasonable change of the editing point.The way to improve the stability of the vehicle.Based on this,a calculation method for the number of hydraulic circuit axes that can ensure the safety and stability of the transportation vehicle is proposed,thereby realizing active control of the hydraulic circuit programming mode and ensuring good stability of the vehicle during driving.In terms of the passability of the curve,the research is carried out from the two corners of the minimum turning radius and the channel width,and the check formula for the passability of the large transport vehicles is derived,and the treatment methods for the obstacles encountered during the turning process are summarized.For the vehicle that has a critical state in the import and export,the vehicle can only pass the curve according to the specific turning trajectory,and the vehicle turning trajectory can be accurately calculated,and the turning trajectory can be planned in advance,thereby realizing the active control of the vehicle turning with the optimal turning trajectory.Ensure that the vehicle can pass the corner safely and smoothly.
