With the continuous progress of Chinese heavy industry technology,the production volume of large goods is increasing year by year,and the demand for large transportation is increasing.Compared with ordinary goods,large transportation has its special characteristics.On the one hand,the outer dimensions are super long,super wide,super high,and super heavy.On the other hand,due to China’s vast land and heavy industrial bases being too scattered,the transportation distance of large roads is usually longer.The large transportation around the highway mainly involves key technical issues such as the safety of large transportation and decision-making of transportation routes.Through in-depth surveys and investigations of large transportation enterprises and administrative departments in China,this paper studies the evaluation methods of highway large transportation safety and corresponding route decision-making schemes.The main research contents and results are as follows:First of all,on the basis of consulting relevant domestic and foreign literature,the paper not only defines the meaning of large transportation but also analyzes the categories of large transportation vehicles and goods by taking into account such factors as the dimensions of large transportation vehicles,load,dynamic characteristics and cargo attributes.Based on the field investigation of large transportation enterprises and management departments,this paper analyzes and summarizes the safety problems in three aspects of large transportation at present,and transforms the problems into theoretical research of safety multi-index comprehensive evaluation of passability,through safety and traffic impact evaluation.Secondly,this paper argues that the passability in safety evaluation is mainly divided into two parts.Aiming at the passability evaluation of the Vehicle outline size,a passability evaluation method for road longitudinal sections,planes,cross sections line shape and special road sections is proposed;Aiming at the passability evaluation of the Vehicle axle load quality,the evaluation methods such as load carrying capacity,load test,and equivalent load were compared and analyzed,and the specific evaluation process and steps were standardized.Thirdly,the through safety and traffic impact assessment of large transportation are analyzed.Aiming at the evaluation of through safety,an evaluation method including the reliability of the vehicle during transportation,the stability of cargo strapping,and the driving stability of the vehicle is proposed;Aiming at the traffic impact evaluation,this paper solves the conversion problem of large transport vehicles,and proposes an evaluation method that takes the road service level as the evaluation index.The above research provides a theoretical basis for the construction of multi-index comprehensive evaluation system of large transportation safety.Finally,this paper proposes a safety multi-index comprehensive evaluation system based on the above mentioned safety evaluation theory and standardizes the safety evaluation process.In addition,a mathematical model of alternative routes based on comprehensive evaluation of safety is established to select alternative routes,and combined with the influence of human factors,time,and cost,fuzzy theory is used to make the optimal route decision.Finally,the detailed explanation of each evaluation and decision-making step is given through examples,and the feasibility and applicability of the multi-index comprehensive evaluation system and route decision are verified.
