In order to solve the problems of energy crisis,environmental pollution and climate change,battery electric vehicles have been highly valued by governments and the automotive industries around the world,due to their advantages of green,energy saving and high efficiency.The power system is the key component of battery electric vehicles.It is crucial for vehicle dynamic and economy performance to match and optimize the power system parameters reasonable.Battery electric vehicle power system is studied in this thesis.According to the basic design parameters,the dynamic and economic design indicators of the battery electric vehicle,the parameters in the key components of the power system were selected and designed.Then,in order to further improve the performance of the vehicle,genetic algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of each component.The research contents of the thesis mainly include:(1)The structure principle,transmission scheme and key technology of battery electric vehicle are introduced.The kinematics model of the vehicle is analyzed,and the driving equation and power balance equation of the vehicle are established.Then,the performance of the vehicle is evaluated from two aspects of power and economy.(2)Based on the basic design parameters and performance index requirements of the battery electric vehicle,the driving motor,transmission system and battery group of the battery electric vehicle are selected and designed.(3)Based on AVL Cruise software,the whole vehicle simulation model of the battery electric vehicle is built.According to the basic design parameters and the matching results of power system parameters each module of the vehicle,and the mechanical,electrical and signal connections of each module are established.The relevant performance simulation tasks are set.The power and economy performance of the battery electric vehicle are evaluated and analyzed using the simulation results.The results show that the performance indexes meet the design requirements of the vehicle.Moreover,the results indicate that the matching design of dynamic parameters is reasonable and effective.(4)Comprehensive considering the dynamic and economy of the battery electric vehicle,the parameters of the power system of the vehicle are optimized by using genetic algorithm toimprove the performance.And the performance changes of the whole vehicle before and after optimization are compared.The results show that the performance of the optimized vehicle has improved.
