Electric loaders require energy storage systems to provide both long-term power and high power in a short period of time.Since the battery is characterized by high energy density and low power density,the super capacitor The characteristics are high power density and low energy density,both of which cannot meet the requirements alone.Therefore,it is necessary to combine the battery and the super capacitor into a dual energy source system to power the electric loader.Based on this,this paper studies the topology and energy management strategies of the dual energy source system of electric loader.Firstly,the topology of the composite power system at the present stage is analyzed.Combined with the actual cost of the functional requirements,the structure of the super capacitor and DC/DC series is selected as the topology of the electric loader composite power system;The operation characteristics of the electric loader were analyzed,and three modes of dual energy system operation were established;The battery in the structure,super The capacitor,bidirectional DC/DC converter and drive motor system were analyzed,and the composite power system model was established.Secondly,the working condition data of the working pump system and the vehicle speed during the cycle of the electric loader working device are analyzed.K-means clustering is carried out after the principal component analysis of the primary selection parameters,and the electric loader working device is established.Typical set of conditions.Then,the principle of predicting the condition of the electric loader working device during the cycle operation is analyzed.By identifying the typical working conditions of the past seconds and predicting the category of the working conditions of the next second,the typical working conditions of the electric loader working device are established.Forecast model.Finally,the energy management strategy based on fuzzy logic is analyzed,and the energy management strategy based on the condition prediction is established.The simulation results show that the energy management strategy based on the condition prediction is compared with the energy based on fuzzy logic.The management strategy saves about 1.2% in energy storage component consumption.On the battery capacity degradation index,the energy management strategy based on the operating condition prediction reduces the capacity decline of the battery by 0.006% compared with the fuzzylogic based energy management strategy.Through the analysis of the evaluation results of energy consumption and battery capacity decline,the energy management strategy based on working condition prediction is superior to the energy management strategy based on fuzzy logic.
