ADS is the abbreviation of Adaptive Damping Control Suspension System,a suspension system widely used in the automotive industry.When a vehicle adopting such a suspension hits a road surface by transient,the response time of the controller may be insufficient,and the suspension may not be controlled,resulting in a decrease in system stability(stability and safety).This is due to the time lag effect of the suspension controller,which makes it impossible to respond to each control in a short time.Visual recognition technology has been widely used in the field of intelligent driving.If this technology can be used as a secondary development tool for suspension pre-sight control,it can be applied to the control strategy of the suspension system,and it can be used on uneven roads.Prepare for the upcoming situation before the arrival,so that the controller has sufficient time to respond.In order to improve the time lag effect of the controller,the control capability of the suspension controller is improved.Firstly,this paper analyzes the dynamic model of semi-active suspension,and finds the key parameters affecting the damping force of the suspension through the equation of state.Secondly,the mHIL bench test of the ADS electromagnetic suspension is tested accurately.Suspension K characteristic data that cannot be directly measured due to various external disturbances during actual driving of the vehicle,and the corresponding correspondences of the obtained test data are stored in the TTC series controller;then,feature extraction is performed on the acquired image And identification,the identified features are combined with the collected data of the acceleration sensor and transmitted to the final control system;finally,the control effect of the suspension controller based on the preview control is evaluated by real road test.Experiments show that compared with the original adaptive damping control strategy,the visual preview-based control strategy can effectively reduce the lateral acceleration,longitudinal acceleration and sprung mass vertical acceleration of the vehicle body,and the energy near 10 Hz is also better.control.The predicted distance is a key parameter in the whole system,but this parameter can be dynamically rewritten by the controller.The dynamic preview distance can be derived by extracting the speed of the CAN bus.This method has a small amount of modification to the suspension,and can obtain performance comparable to the active suspension,providing a new idea for the development of intelligent components.
