With the strategic requirements of the western development,more and more highway and railway projects are going on in mountainous areas.Whether it is economic capital or bridge building technology,the capacity of expressway in China to cross deep gorge is increasing.especially in the installation of steel girder of large span main bridge,many new techniques and techniques have been developed.The Valley area is often "U" deep,the bank is steep,the construction site is very small,the deep bridge is high and unnavigable,the main beam can not be mounted.At the same time,the sudden high wind weather in mountainous areas is frequent and the risk of high altitude operation for a long time is great.It is difficult to realize the advantage of the bridge deck hoisting technology which loses the convenience of the bridge girder in Plain River area.Therefore,the installation technology of large Span cable-stayed Bridge Girder in Deep Gorge area is in urgent need of breakthrough.Based on engineering practice,this paper analyzes the structure,mechanical characteristics and working performance of large span large tonnage cable crane in Deep Canyon area,including the following:1.Study on the Structure System of Large Spin and Large Tongue Cable Sling Machine(1)Structural theory of cable load-bearing system;(1)Analysis of Stress Characteristics of Large Spanning Large Tongue Cable System2.Study on the structural structure of the new cable crane:(1)Study on the structure of key parts such as cable system,running horse system,ground anchor,(1)Using the extension part of the upper beam,optimization of the cable saddle support system;(1)The location of the ground anchor in the fracture zone of the cave and the measures to treat the prestressed rock anchor;(1)The significance and structure of the back cable in the system;3.Analysis of the structure of the cable system by theoretical software:(1)Main cable,back cable and traction cable suspension construction cable;(1)Construction stress and displacement of main cable bearing cable;(1)Comparison between numerical simulation analysis and conventional empirical formula analysis.4.State analysis of the trial operation of a new type of large tonnage cable crane;5.The steel truss section of the cable-stayed bridge adopts the implementation of the overall lifting of the cable crane.
