| Due to the superior performance of high performance concrete(HPC),it has become an inevitable choice for modern society.In addition,the advantages of vibration mixing technology in concrete mixing have also been widely recognized.Therefore,this paper applies the vibration mixing technology to the mixing process of high performance concrete,studied the reasonable combination of parameters for vibrating mixing equipment for high performance concrete.According to a large amount of literature,it is known that with the development of concrete,high-performance concrete has become a hot research topic in the industry.As an important part of concrete mixing process,mixing equipment is also an important direction for a large number of scholars to study and optimize.The research of vibration mixing equipment used in high performance concrete also has important scientific significance.Based on the theoretical analysis of the factors of the mass of the double horizontal shaft vibrator mixing and the medium impact concrete,influencing factors are selected appropriately and the parameters are determined.A batter combination of the working parameters of the prototype are determined by orthogonal optimization test.Then the rationality of the combination is verified by contrast test under the same experimental conditions.The test results show that the quality of the concrete obtained by the test prototype is better with the vibrational amplitude of 2.00 mm,vibrational frequency of 32.00 Hz,mixing speed of 1.70m/s and mixing time of 80 s.The results also show the degree of the influence of various factors on the performance of HPC: vibrational amplitude>mixing time>mixing speed>vibrational frequency.Through the comparison test result analysis,the correctness of the optimal parameter combination is verified,and the basic properties of the HPC obtained with this combination are presented. |
