In the past twenty years, cement concrete pavement was concerned more and more with high strength and relatively simple construction craft, at present, the proportion of cement concrete pavement has reached 71.6 percent in top-grade mad surface. but there are still some problems, many roads appeared different degree of damage or craze in short-term, the main reason is that the durability of concrete deteriorate. This situation is more pronounced in the northeast region of bad weather. For the characteristics of rainy summer, cold winter,freeze-thawing frequently during the spring and autumn in the seasonal frost region of northeast, as well as the problems on excessive growth of traffic volumes and increasing severity of overload phenomenon, the text will carry on research adopting the method of laboratory experiment and building test road.Firstly, started indoor test for various raw materials, carried on analysis to the best aggregate gradation, and selected high quality and stable admixture in domestic. Then, on the basis of mixing admixtures, mixing fly ash. Proceeded research to the workability, mechanical property and frost resistance of concrete using the method of orthogonal test, furthermore, carried on experiment for permeability resistance,wear-resisting property and drying shrinkages between fly ash concrete and only mixing admixtures concrete. The results show:after mixing fly ash, all aspects of performance of concrete improve significantly. Dosage of fly ash has the largest effect on frost resistance of concrete, the second are cement consumption and dosage of water reducing agent, however, the level of significance of sand ratio is indistinctive; at the same time, compared with only mixing admixtures concrete, the permeability resistance of fly ash concrete increases obviously and shrinkage value decreases evidently; when dosages of fly ash is ten percent, the wear-resisting property of concrete in twenty-eight days is best, while when dosages of fly ash surpasses thirty percent, the wear-resisting property decreases evidently, moreover, as the compressive strength of concrete increases, the wear-resisting property is better and better. Thirdly, builded test road in order to verify indoor test results, and proceed long-term observation, inspect pavement performance. Finally, analyze social benefit and economic benefit, and according to the material price and performance of concrete, carry on cost performance evaluation.
