With the vigorous development of the national economy,the demand for timeliness of energy and logistics has gradually increased in various industries,which has made the construction of expressways into a new era of rapid development.The area of greening and maintenance area of expressways also showed an exponential growth trend with its rapid construction.At present,the vegetation pruning of the slopes on both sides of the expressway and the lower gate of the overpass in China is still artificial,and the pruning efficiency is poor and can not adapt to the heavy task of highway hedge maintenance.It is urgent to develop suitable hedge trimming maintenance equipment for this terrain.In order to minimize labor expenditure,to improve the efficiency of road hedge trimming,and at the same time,to adapt to the new era of environmental protection,the group designed a electric crawler type remote hedge trimmer for the hedge trimmer vegetation on the overpass.This paper is based on the reference of advanced electronic technology at home and abroad,research and design of the electronic control system of the hedge trimmer.The paper first analyzed the action process and performance requirements of the electric crawler type remote control hedge trimmer,and combined the existing electric engineering machinery and electric vehicle theory to design the electric control scheme of the hedge trimmer.The wireless communication method with Wi-Fi communication was established.According to the function,the hedge trimmer control system was divided into subsystems,and the main components of the hedge trimmer control subsystems were calculated and selected.For the fuselage control system,the characteristics of the control signals required by each control object were analyzed.The STM32F103ZET6 chip produced by ST Microelectronics was selected as the main control chip,and the hardware circuit design of the hedge trimmer controller was carried out.At the same time,the electrical design of the hedge trimmer body assist system was also designed.The CAN bus technology was used as the core communication method to distribute the ID and the data domain of the control system communication of the hedge trimmer,and the software part of the VCU was designed by modular design.The upper computer program written by LABVIEW sended out the control command through Wi-Fi to complete the transmission and reception of the CAN network control message of the vehicle controller,and carried out the simulation experiment.The experiment shows that the Wi-Fi technology can control the CAN network electronic control system to achieve the purpose of remote control the hedge trimmer,which lays a foundationfor the practical application of the hedge control system.
