| Based on the research status and development trend of the vehicle-mounted hedge trimmer at home and abroad,combined with the actual needs of China’s expressway greening maintenance project,firstly,an overall design plan for a vehicle-mounted double-arm hedge trimmer was designed;a chassis carrier and trim were selected.Tool,specific design of pruning system,rotary device,power system and transmission system;using Solidworks to establish a virtual prototype model of the whole machine,and conducted assembly interference check.The result shows that the whole machine is reasonably assembled and the components are There is no interference.Secondly,the ADAMS software was used to simulate the virtual prototype kinematics and dynamics of the on-pitch trimming system.The trimming system was simulated and the motion interference and dead point problems of the trimming mechanism were examined.The related motion parameters were obtained and the hydraulic cylinders were obtained.The change of load during the exercise provides a more scientific basis for the selection of hydraulic cylinders;the stability of the whole machine is evaluated,including the calculation of longitudinal stability,lateral stability and turning stability.,judging whether the whole machine can safely drive during the transition.Finally,based on the analysis of the virtual prototype performance of the vehicle-mounted double-arm hedge trimmer,the physical prototype was processed for trial manufacture,assembly and experimental research to test whether it meets the needs of actual working conditions.This paper provides a reference for the design and development of the vehicle-mounted hedge trimmer for the design and development of the same highway highway greening maintenance machinery and equipment. |
