In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet and social economy,the emergence of a new shopping model,“Internet shopping,” has prompted the rapid development of the modern express delivery industry.However,at the same time as the express delivery volume increases,the waste of resources and the pollution of the environment caused by a large number of express packages have become increasingly serious.The problem of vehicle routing is to establish a complete logistics system for express package recycling through rational selection of sites,on-demand recycling,transportation modes,and path selection.To achieve the ultimate goal of reducing recycling costs,improving service levels,and increasing customer satisfaction.Studying the problem of recycling vehicle packages with time windows for express packaging has important research significance for realizing green logistics and saving resources.In this paper,the proposed model and algorithm for the optimization of express package recovery vehicle path with time window are studied,including: 1 Based on the current status of express package recycling,the time window constraint is added to the basic model of the traditional vehicle route problem.To quantify customer satisfaction,an optimization model for the problem was finally constructed.2 The problem of vehicle path optimization belongs to the problem of multi-objective planning.The algorithm generally chooses a modern heuristic algorithm.For the problem of courier packaging recovery vehicle path optimization with time windows,comprehensive comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of each algorithm,and ultimately choose the genetic algorithm to carry out Solve the problem.3 Use the constructed model and the designed algorithm to analyze the examples and use Matlab software to simulate and obtain the optimal path of the problem.Validate the effectiveness of the algorithm and model,and finally compare the impact of time windows on vehicle path optimization problems.In this paper,the study of the problem of recycling vehicles with time windows,for enterprises,minimizes the cost of the company's express recovery activities,rationally allocates vehicles,and optimizes vehicle transportation routes.For customers,companies perform services on time and on demand,maximizing their own consumerrights.For the society,the secondary use of express packaging resources is in line with the concept of national green logistics and meets the requirements of the national sustainable development policy.
