With the gradual acceleration of the pace of life,people increasingly like fast and convenient access to services.In recent years,the domestic express industry has developed rapidly.With the development of market economy and the continuous improvement of consumer demand awareness,consumers have put forward higher service requirements for the express industry,thus increasing the challenges of transportation and distribution.The last link of express delivery is that express operators successfully deliver goods to customers.In the whole process of express delivery,urban express delivery,as the "last kilometer" of transportation,promotes the further development of express industry.At the same time,if the express industry wants to obtain the ability of continuously and effectively devouring the market share of its industry under the market economy conditions,it must enhance the core competitiveness that cannot be imitated in the industry.This paper first discusses the basic situation of express delivery industry at home and abroad,focusing on the study and analysis of vehicle route planning under the condition of urban distribution.First of all,it analyzes the characteristics of urban express delivery,studies the influence of time factor and vehicle type factor on urban express delivery path planning under the condition of other conditions unchanged,and establishes a model of urban express delivery vehicle distribution path optimization problem with different vehicle types with time window,so as to achieve the overall goal of minimizing the total cost of distribution and transportation.Then,according to the difference of each algorithm,the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed,and genetic algorithm is selected to solve the problem.Secondly,in the design of genetic algorithm,the optimal individuals or groups are retained in the basic operation of selection,crossover and mutation to improve the degree of further optimization of the population as a whole and get a satisfactory optimal solution.Finally,the validity of the algorithm and the model is verified by a case study.In this paper,we study the different models of urban express delivery vehicle routing problem with time window.For our own enterprises,reasonable planning of express delivery vehicle routing is a key measure to effectively reduce transportation costs and improve the net profit of enterprises.It can also improve the service level ofexpress enterprises,improve the daily transportation and distribution environment of express operators and create a relatively good environment in people's mind Good corporate image;for consumers,express delivery personnel can complete the delivery of goods in good condition within the specified time,which will improve their happiness and satisfaction.
