The ship pipe system is used to transport fluid medium including cooling water,compressed air,fuel oil and lubrication oil and so on.Usually,the fluid flows in pipe by pumps.Due to the liquid pressure pulsation and vibration of deck,and the pipe can have intense vibration.The vibration will reduce the efficiency of the pipe and even the pipe structure vibration fatigue,and thus lead to structural damage of the pipe,resulting in significant economic losses.So it is very important to reduce the vibration of the pipe structure.In the thesis,consider the characteristics of pipe,to study the status of vibration response of the pipe structure,and then reduce the vibration of the pipe structure,to reduce the rate of accident caused by vibration of pipe.In the thesis,firstly study the finite element analysis method and usage,and then analyze the principle for vibration of pipe structure according to the mechanical vibration principle.On this basis,select a pipe with elbow,and change the angle of elbow,to study the dynamic response of pipe structure by the finite element method,to summarize the vibration status when the angle of elbow changes when fluid flowing constant in pipe.Refer to the relevant experiment data tested,use the finite element analysis to verify results,show that both the experimental data and calculate is closely,so it is feasible that the method to study the pipe structure vibration by using the finite element.Meanwhile,calculate the pressure impulse on elbow,to study the vibration status of pipe by using the finite element analysis method,to show that vibration response distribution status of some points which have some distances from the elbow.In the end,consider previous analysis and study,get the conclusion: In the pipe system,the angle degree and quantity of elbow affect directly vibration of pipe structure.The vibration is serious while the angle degree is larger,and also the vibration is serious while quantity of elbow is more.Against the conclusion,indicate that reduce the quantity of elbow and avoid using the elbow with larger angle during the production design of pipe,to reduce the vibration of pipe structure.And also,combine with the principle for vibration of pipe structure,give methods to reduce vibration for pipe,such as control the vibration source(reasonable optimization of the structure of power elements,isolation of vibration source)and adjust settings of the pipe structure system(improve the measure of pipe,reasonable arrange the site of the support of pipe and so on,to change the value of the natural frequency and exciting force,to reduce the vibration of pipe structure effectively).
