Recent years,there are more and more distributed generations connected to distribution network.Compared with traditional distribution network,distributed generations brings great impact to distribution network from technology to economy.In technology aspect,distributed generation bring impact on power quality,net loss,fault recovery and so on.In economy aspect,the cost-effectiveness of distribution network has changed,more independent investors play a role in electricity market.In power planning aspect,problems like maximum capacity arise with distributed generation connecting to power system.This paper studies the influence of distributed generation from technology and economy aspect.Due to the randomness and uncertainty of the power of distributed generation,the time-characteristic model is established.Then the influence of distributed generation is studied.In technology aspect,the influence is analyzed from power quality,net loss,relay protection,fault recovery,distribution network power planning and power system operation six aspects.The maximum capacity of distributed generation is studied.In economy aspect,the subsidy policy and business model is introduced.Using net present value method to analyze the cost and effectiveness of power company and payback period method of independent investor,the economic assessment of distributed generation parallel is put forward.Finally,the paper studies the optimal configuration of distributed generation from two aspects.In technology aspect,the optimization objective is the maximum consumptive capacity,in economy aspect,the objective is the maximum profit of independent investors.The object can be chosen according to different demand in practice.The adaptive chaos particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed to solve the problem.IEEE33 node distribution network power system example results show the applicability of the model and the effectiveness of the method.
