With the rapid development of global economy,the demand for energy is increasing day by day,while the traditional fossil energy is drying up day by day,and the environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious.In order to meet the increasing demand for electricity,renewable energy power generation has become a research hotspot at home and abroad.Renewable energy not only has the renewable nature of unlimited exploitation,but also will not cause pollution to the environment,which is conducive to environmental protection and sustainable development.Distributed generation is a way of renewable energy generation,but due to the randomness and intermittence of renewable energy generation,various distributed power sources are usually combined to form a micro grid to supply power to the load.Micro grid can make full use of renewable energy to generate electricity,which has good reliability,economy and environmental protection.In this paper,the capacity optimization and demand response of the independent wind and diesel micro grid are studied:Firstly,the structure of microgrid system studied in this paper is determined.According to the working characteristics of photovoltaic cells,wind turbines,diesel generators and batteries,the output models are established.Secondly,the optimal variables of capacity allocation of microgrid are determined,and the objective function of capacity allocation of microgrid is established on the basis of considering the economic cost and environmental protection of microgrid.In order to ensure the normal operation and power supply reliability of microgrid system,the constraints and operation strategies of microgrid system are set.Next,this paper introduces the optimization algorithm of crowd search algorithm,and plans the solution flow of optimization configuration.This paper describes the data of the example of micro grid capacity optimization configuration.Then,a case study is done.Firstly,the renewable energy subsidy mode is determined.Then,the optimization results of crowd search algorithm and traditional optimization algorithm are compared.Finally,the sensitivity analysis is done.Finally,the optimal configuration of microgrid capacity considering demand response is done.Firstly,the optimal model of price type demand response is determined,and then the evaluation index,constraint conditions and solution process of the optimal configuration of microgrid capacity considering price type demand response are determined.Then,the optimization results of different optimization schemes are compared,and the influence ofalternative elasticity on the optimization results is analyzed.
