As a Green light source,Lighting Emitting Diode(LED)is Gradually replacing the Traditional lighting source.The Solid State Lighting can't develop without the Driving power supply.The upgrading and breakthroughing of the driving power supply have important significance for increasing the Reliability,security and economy of lamps and lanterns.On current AC power supply situation,flyback power supply more used in low power occasions.This kind of power supply has the feature which is simple circuit,high reliability,low cost,etc.This thesis mainly focuses on the design of a quasi resonant flyback LED lighting driver,focus on the design of the transformer to find a fast method to determine the design of quasi resonant flyback transformer;Analysis of the characteristics of the traditional buffer circuit,Design of TRCD buffer circuit,Effectively reduce the loss of RCD circuit and EMI,Improve the efficiency of power supply;By comparison of multiple secondary constant current circuits,Explore the advantages and disadvantages of various circuits,Finally,choose the constant current limiting voltage chip current control scheme as a constant current control scheme.Based on the above research,In this paper,a prototype of 36 W is designed.,The practical design method of the main circuit is given.,And the experimental verification is carried out.Experimental results show the design method of quasi resonant flyback LED lighting driver effectively improve the efficiency of LED driver and power supply reliability,Reduce drive circuit EMI and cost.
