Switching mode power supply has small volume, light weight, high efficiency, lowcalorific value, the advantages of stable performance and gradually replace the traditionaltechnology of linear power supply, and is widely used in electronic machine and equipment.In general, a Quasi-Resonant (QR) flyback converter which can be designed easily showslower turn-on loss compared to conventional hard switching. LLC converter can achieve verygood efficiency, but it is not easy to design. And dual-switch QR flyback can achieve goodefficiency which is higher than single switch flyback converter, but close to LLC converter.This paper in-depth studies the operation principle of dual-switch Quasi-Resonantflyback converter, and expounds its advantages. At the same time discusses the principles ofLLC resonant converter and single-switch QR flyback converter, expounds their advantagesand disadvantages. Then introduced the design of power supply design with dual-switch QRflyback technology and discusses some key design considerations. Finally, power supplytest data and analysis is presented, and compares to the solutions with single-switch QRflyback and LLC converter respectively, which validate its superiority in AIO power supplyapplication...
